The beginning

We opened on the 23rd of March, right in the middle of the third wave of the devastating Virus and we went from being restricted to our district to a full-blown lockdown again. Only now after 1 month after we opened, restrictions are loosening up.


It's not an easy time, to say the least, but it's been very emotional for us to start this new adventure. The one thing that has been truly outstanding has been the contact, even if distanced, with the many food-lovers who've come to check us out. We're so happy to make a difference and bring delicious cheese, wines and condiments your way.


The visit of the food journalist of Florence, Leonardo Romanelli, was a pleasant surprise along with the wonderful article he wrote about the Formaggioteca for the Gambero Rosso magazine. Very comforting, indeed. Thanks, Leonardo!
